Momma K’s Corned Beef Hash

  1. Boil 1lb peeled potatoes and 1lb corned beef, separately, for approx. 15 minutes. Potatoes should still be a little firm.
  2. Finely chop both the potatoes and corned beef
  3. Place corned beef in a non-stick cast iron pan (or similar pan), cook on medium heat for approx. 3-5 minutes or until corned beef begins to sizzle
  4. Mix in potatoes, chopped onions, and 4 Tbsp. of Momma K's Meat Hot Sauce
  5. Flatten corned beef hash in pan with dpatula until it begins to crust on the bottom
  6. Flip over and repeat about 4-5 times until corned beef hash is crusted throughout
  7. Fry an egg (either over easy or poached) in separate pan
  8. Serve corned beef hash with the egg on top. and add more Momma K's if desired
