Kale Salad with Spicy Brown Mustard Dressing

Instructions
  1. Blend mustard, apple, lemon, garlic and apple cider vinegar in blender and add salt and pepper to taste. (Will store in fridge for 1.5-2 weeks.)
  2. Chop kale to bite size pieces and pour into large bowl.
  3. Add sea salt and a little lemon juice to the kale and massage until it starts to slightly wilt.
  4. Add in enough dressing to lightly coat the kale and then add other salad ingredients.
  5. Top with favorite nuts or seeds.
Recipe Notes

This does not store well mixed for more then a day so add the dressing the day you are eating it, preferably within the hour, to get the best texture. It won’t be bad the next day just a little soggy.
