This past week we released our new summer lunch menu, bringing back some old favorites and some new soon-to-be favorites. We’re even jumping on the latest culinary trend because why go against the grain when you can add it to your meal? Enter: grain bowls! Both delicious and nutritious, our new grain bowls offer a healthy amount of whole grains. That means you’ll be picking up a meal loaded with the good stuff: fiber, vitamins, antioxidants and trace minerals.
So what is in a grain bowl exactly? It is a blend of tri-colored quinoa and brown rice topped with delicious fruits, vegetables, herbs and dressings. This weekend we’ll be offering:
- Mexican, with black beans, tomatoes, corn, mango, cilantro with chipotle vinaigrette
- Greek, with chick peas, feta cheese, cucumber, red onion & spinach with tahini dressing
- Korean Shrimp, with marinated shrimp, kimchee, asian slaw and peanuts
- Poke Hawaiian, with chunks of marinated raw tuna, pineapple, edamame, cucumber and red cabbage
They are made in house every day too so you’re always getting a fresh product! Some grain bowls are gluten free, some are dairy free and some are vegan so there’s something for everyone. Try one this weekend (6/24-6/26) for $1 off!
