Every once in a while the stars align and greatness comes together. You know what we’re talking about. Like the first time someone put chocolate and mint together or peanut butter and jelly. Instant classics were born. November 15 is one of those days. We’re creating a classic.
As we enter the season of gift giving, traveling to see family, and attending holiday events, it is common to feel run down amid all the merriment. On Saturday, a group of Rochester’s wellness gurus will be at Hart’s to help float, exfoliate, massage, and energize you into better health.
Want help lowering your blood pressure? Our friends at BodyMind Float Center have a salt water tank for that. Want to relax with a quick massage between picking out your veggies and grabbing Eat Me Ice Cream? We’ve got Heather Taylor, LMT offering chair massage. Want to try a body scrub that smells so good you’ll be tempted to taste it? Simply Sue will be here sampling her body butters and scrubs. They blur the line between skincare and dessert.
We’re pretty sure there’s nothing better than the combination of shopping, tasting, sampling and relaxation all wrapped into one event.
Join us November 15 from 12-4:30pm for all those activities and more.
Here are some of our participants …
