Donations to benefit RCSD School #58

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — On Monday, November 3, at 11 a.m., Hart’s Local Grocers and the Rochester Downtown Host Lions Club will kick off a holiday toy drive benefitting Rochester City School #58. Hart’s will be a primary collection point for this year’s drive, which runs November 3 to December 15.

“Our club is excited to partner with Hart’s for this year’s toy drive. We typically collect between 400 and 600 toys and hope to top those numbers this year,” said Al Smith, Vice President of Rochester Downtown Host Lions Club. “Hart’s is a fitting collection point as School #58 is less than five minutes away from the store.”

Shoppers and members of the public are encouraged to drop off new, unwrapped toys at Hart’s Local Grocers, 10 Winthrop Street, Rochester, New York. The store is open daily, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

“Hart’s is proud to be a part of this community and we’re honored to partner with the Lions Club in their efforts to bring smiles to city children over the holiday season,” said Colleen Griffin-Underhill, General Manager of Hart’s Local Grocers.
